We do not stock all the items in our showroom so we can keep overhead costs low, passing these savings on to you while still providing incredible furniture selection. When you have damage simply call the 1-800 number and a furniture technician will come to repair or clean the item. Special orders and lay-a-ways are not cancellable and not refundable. Purchases of floor samples/close-outs are final. Otherwise, returns are handled on a case by case basis.
